PETRONAS Canada Assets in Northeast BC Reverified to EO100™ Standard
Equitable Origin is pleased to announce that in December 2024, PETRONAS Energy Canada Ltd. (“PETRONAS Canada”) assets near Fort St. John, British Columbia, the North Montney Joint Venture Assets, have been re-verified under the Equitable Origin’s EO100™ Standard for Onshore Natural Gas Production, for the period of December 2024 to December 2025, as assessed by Assessment Body Sustrio Advisors.

Equitable Origin approved assessors evaluated PETRONAS Canada’s operations at this site against the EO100™ Standard, which includes 500 indicators drawn from global benchmarks spanning corporate governance and ethics; social impacts, human rights, and community engagement; Indigenous Peoples’ Rights; occupational health & safety and fair labor standards; and environmental impacts, biodiversity, and climate change.
